General terms
You use the Service at your own risk. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
RomalMaster service support is only available in English via email.
You must not modify, adapt or hack the Service, or modify another website in such a way as to falsely imply that it is in any way associated with the Service, RomalMaster or any other RomalMaster site.
Verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retaliation) of any customer, employee, member or officer of RomalMaster will result in immediate account suspension.
You must not upload, post, post or transmit unsolicited messages via email, SMS or spam.
You must not transmit any Trojan horses or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
Fundamentals of Programming and Application Development are intended for use in an environment determined by the course author. If your exercise solution includes unauthorized third-party components, RomalMaster does not guarantee the functionality of such approach and therefore does not offer support in this case.
RomalMaster does not guarantee that the Service will meet your specific requirements; The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free; The results that may be obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable; The quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations; Any errors in the Service will be corrected.
You expressly understand and agree that RomalMaster shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if RomalMaster has been advised of the possibility of such damages).
Cancellation and termination
You are solely responsible for properly deleting your account. You can request cancellation of your account at any time by email from our support team.
RomalMaster may terminate your account or immediately suspend it without prior notice of termination of access to the Service if: There is reasonable suspicion that you have violated any of the terms of this document;
You are suspected of fraudulent or illegal activity, or your actions are offensive. RomalMaster may terminate or suspend your account with immediate effect and without prior notice of termination of access to the Service with a full refund.
How to get a refund?
To receive a refund, you must write a letter in free form with a request to make a return.
The support specialist will calculate the amount of the refund, report it and send the refund application form, which must be completed, signed and sent by reply to the email address: hello@romalmaster.pro.
Refunds are processed within 10 working days from the date of application.
